Q: What is the return policy?

A: Please take a look at our policies page! We go in depth and answer all questions regarding our return policy there.

 

Q: What are the shipping options?

A: Right now we only offer USA express shipping through the USPS. After your order is given to the post office, expect it to arrive in 1-3 business days!

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: If we have your order in stock, we typically have it prepped and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. 

 

Q: When will items be restocked?

A: Right when we run out of stock on a certain product we place an order with our manufacturer. This process takes roughly 3-4 weeks.

 

Q: What do I do if I never received my order?

A: Please contact us at Support@theworthitproject.org explaining what happened along with your name and order number and we will do our best to find your package or replace your order!

 

Q: What do I do if I received a defective order?

A: If you were to receive a damaged or defective item, please refer to our Refund and Exchange policy and we will get that handled for you ASAP! Please refer to our policies page for more info!

 

Q: How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

A: Please contact us at Support@theworthitproject.org explaining any changes you want made. Orders can be shipped out in under 24 hours so please contact us ASAP so we are able to fix any changes.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are currently located on Ohio Northern University campus in Ada, Ohio.
